David is a Senior Java Developer with a passionate interest in the development of Java applications. He has a broad knowledge of Java application development (JSP, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, SQL, Web services, Ant, Maven) and Agile development (TTD, XP, Pair programming, Scrum). David has extensive experience of the full development lifecycle.
Easygoing and driven, David has gained his experience working on several teams in different countries and continents and in various sectors (Banking, Insurance, e-commerce, Telco).
Chris has over 20 years experience of complex multi-national programme delivery with a focus on the telco sector.
He has worked for operators at a local and global level as well as leading offshore teams delivering to operators. This has given him particular insight into the benefits and challenges of this model.
The majority of Chris’s work has been to lead strategic programmes at a CxO level for large companies where the stakeholder alignment has been key.
Caroline is an experienced project manager delivering business and IT change for major organisations in the public and private sector.
Her projects have involved stakeholders, suppliers and external clients through the UK, Europe and India.
Caroline is qualified and experience in PRINCE 2 and ITIL.
Sharon has over 10 years experience in project, programme and PMO roles for a number of blue chip clients.
Starting as a project manager implementing ITIL projects she has progressed to setting up and running PMOs and leading new product development projects for clients, primarily in the telco and financial services sectors.
Sharon has a particular strength in applying her knowledge of MSP, PRINCE, RUP, DSDM and Agile in a startup or turnround situation.
Kirit has 16 years experience as a project manager and PMO professional in top financial institutions, software companies and with KPMG.
He has setup and run several programme offices for clients such as RBS, Barcap and Deutsche Bank for major multi-national programmes.
Kirit has an MBA and is a member of the BCS.
Jill’s acted as a consultant and project manager, usually for business improvement or transformation programmes.
Applying her experience in Six Sigma, Lean and Team Based Continuous improvement her work has realised customer experience benefit, cost reduction or significant business change.
Initially an engineering quality engineer Jill moved to a blue chip consultancy and now leads projects for clients. She is a qualified EFQM assessor.
